All activities are supervised, so you can be assured that leaving your dog with us will be a pawsitive experience. You will receive a report at pick-ups that lets you know how your dog did during its stay and any concerns our professional staff might have.
We carefully clean and disinfect, using hospital-grade products to prevent disease from spreading. We are conscious of any health or safety concerns you might have and will address them quickly.

We are much more than a dog boarding kennel. We are a full service doggy spa, providing a variety of services . While your dog stays with us we can provide a bath had haircut, complete with ear cleaning and hair removal, pad cleaning, expression of glands, and nail trim, complete with polish if requested.
Your dog will also get to play in our upgraded doggy daycare dog park and playrooms. If your pet needs a special diet, takes medication, or suffers from severe separation anxiety, give us a call to discuss how we can accommodate their needs. You can rest easy knowing that our professional staff is prepared to treat the most common issues like insulin administration and special diets or feeding schedules. We will watch your special needs babies with extra care. You will be notified immediately if an emergency arises and we will get prompt vet care when needed.
We ask that you bring all meals, packaged separately in plastic bags and place medications in a bag clearly labeled with the pet's name, doage and timing. We will also need a hard copy of veterinary records pertaining to the pet's condition.
What to Bring

- Premeasured food and snacks, packaged in labeled plastic bags.
- Any medications your dog may need, with complete instructions.
We welcome dogs of all breeds and sizes from Rio Rancho, Albuquerque and other surrounding cities, but there are a few things we require for the health and safety of all concerned.
Dogs must b on a leash or in a carrier when they arrive.
Pet owners must hand their pet off directly to a professional dog sitter before they leave. All information will be checked and verified.

Each condo is multi-level, so cats can climb to the heights they love so much, and contain a variety of toys to satisfy the cat's need for fun activities. Fresh water is available at all times and your cat will find places to stretch out and sleep, scratch and climb, and watch the world go by.
